The Returns Policy (“the Policy”) governs all matters related to the return of products to Michelle Jane Williamson (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”).
Through use of the website www.wildlifepaintings.com.au and purchase of our products and/or services, you verify that you agree and understand the following Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from use of the website and/or purchase of any of our products and/or services.
You have 10 days from the purchase of a product to request a return. You have 14 days from the purchase of a product to return the product.
Returned products must be in the original condition in which they were sent and be returned in the same packaging.
There are a few items that are non-returnable:
You must include proof of purchase with all returns.
You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund via email once it has been received and inspected by us. If the return is approved, we will automatically refund your credit card and it will appear in your account within a few days.
If your return was approved and you find that your refund is missing after seven days has passed since you were notified of approval, please first call the banking or credit institute with which you paid. It may take a few days for funds to be processed. If they are unable to help you, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items are not eligible for refund.
We do not exchange items unless they were clearly, as determined by us, damaged upon arrival. You will need to return the item for inspection. To return a damaged item, send an email to email@example.com and return the item to the address supplied via email response.
If you received one of our products as a gift, you will have to contact the person who purchased it and have them request a return. Returns are not available for products returned by someone other than the original client who purchased the mentioned products.
To return an item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your return. You will need to mail the product purchased to the address supplied via email response.
You are responsible for all shipping costs. Please note that shipping from outside of Western Australia may be expensive, and returning an item does not guarantee a refund (see the section labeled “Refunds” above.) You may want to consider purchasing shipping insurance or trackable shipping if you are returning a product valued at or above $75. Shipping is done through a third-party entity and we do not guarantee that we will receive the item returned.
We are not liable for providing full or partial refunds under the following conditions:
You breach the terms set out in the Policy
You are not the client that originally purchase the product
We determine that the product was damaged after you received it
We do not receive the returned product
OR The product falls under one of the categories mentioned as non-refundable.
These conditions apply even if you have already returned the item. For this reason, we advise emailing us prior to shipping an item to have it returned, exchanged, or refunded.
