A slight pause, balancing effortlessly on this golden wattle branch. He’s here for but a moment before moving on, he’s on the hunt.
 
I spotted this Male Blue Wren in the bushland south of Perth, Western Australia. The beautiful spring colours are blooming and I was lucky to snap up some photos as this blue wren landed on a wattle tree branch. The bright yellows against the royal blues are quite a sight. 
West Australian Birdlife at it's most magnificent.
