He’s first out of the nest, although his brothers aren’t far behind. He skips from perch to perch soaking up the morning light as he begins his hunt.
 
I have been spending a lot of time in the bushland south of Perth, Australia photographing the bird life and wild life. I have been lucky enough to get up and close with the splendid wrens and many other species of birds during my time. I've just loved watching these birds with their families, their routine and their habits. They are truly magnificent creatures.
